GREEN RIVER VALLEY, WY The Jackson Hole Land Trust worked with a ranching family to conserve 853 acres near Big Piney, Wyoming, an area critical for the Wyoming Range mule deer herd, and for moose, elk, and sage grouse. Keep It Connected secured $71,000  through the Liz Claiborne and Art Ortenberg Foundation to help close the project. Read more…

TETON VALLEY, ID Teton Regional Land Trust worked with an agricultural family to conserve 192 acres at the mouth of Darby Canyon, near Driggs, Idaho. The area is important for wintering and migrating mule deer, bighorn sheep, and grizzly bears. Keep It Connected secured $237,000 from The Kendeda Fund to help close the project. Read more...
